I have had several dental procedures done, and every experience has been wonderful. The level of comfort, compassion, professionalism, and attention to detail is truly outstanding. I’ve been waiting to write this review!! I’m in love with this dental practice. Tuck in because I am going to be very detailed and give all the information I wanted when making this decision to get my Amalgam fillings removed. My first visit went smoothly. They asked me a lot of questions to learn about my background and health history. After expressing that I had an autoimmune disorder and that I’ve reacted badly to supplements in the past, Dr. Aaron ordered that I get an extensive blood test to be sure that the fillings they replace it with is compatible with my body and I wouldn’t have another reaction. I had two of my fillings removed yesterday. I didn’t feel the needle to numb my gums, and this is coming from someone with a very low pain tolerance. The entire process was like a well oiled machine, you can tell that Dr. Aaron and her assistant has a very smooth work relationship the way they worked over me and kept checking in, literally every couple of minutes to make sure I felt comfortable and that I wasn’t in any pain. After the initial removal, they followed protocol and wiped down the entire office to ensure that the mercury vapors/residue was all gone. I felt so safe

Dr. Aaron and her staff are amazing. I’m now mercury-free thanks their expertise and I’m so excited! Dr Aaron is so kind and sweet, constantly concerned with the patient’s comfort, but so quick and professional at the same time. Not mention that she provides witty entertainment with her humor and stories while she works on you, which is not only endearing but also a great distraction while she so skillfully works on you. Rose Dental has gained a loyal patient in me; they will be the place I go for all of my dental needs!

I loved my visit with the dentist and hygienist. They informed me well on my situation and how best to move forward. They answered any and all questions I may have had. My only issues were with the administrative side - I was not told that I'd have to pay out of pocket and wait for my insurance company to reimburse me until I asked about my applied insurance in the last few minutes of the visit. I would've liked to know that before my appointment started, as opposed to at the end, so I could prepare for spending as much as I did. I also was shown a bill that did not reflect my entire treatment for the day, and when I told admin that I was not having a listed treatment that cost $800, I was told to sign that bill anyway, instead of them redocumenting a bill that represented my actual treatment session. In the end, I was told my total verbally, but when I asked for a cost breakdown showing that total, I was told that the bill was texted to me (which was the inaccurate bill mentioned before.) I was also not shown the total on the payment kiosk and when I asked for a receipt, I was told that it would be sent to me... however, I have not received that either. I had to check my bank acc

Absolutely the best dentist I've ever visited to! The staff is friendly, and Dr. Aaron is simply amazing. I've been undergoing a full-mouth treatment with her for over a year, and every moment has been worth it. She genuinely cares about her patients and makes you feel valued and comfortable. I had to visit four other dentists before finding someone like her—her professionalism truly sets her apart. Highly recommend!
